Beasts & Brews is one of the first concepts in the state to introduce a quality full spectrum of local craft beer and wine with a high quality and fast eateries. This concept also includes a full butcher shop and service as well. All products will be sourced locally, and the staff will also include local veterans and service members.

Our concept is a thriving, upscale, vibrant community hub; fast and casual brew house and market-style butcher shop. Colorado craft-beer focused, self-serving beer and wine taps with a menu consisting of tapas, combined with a small market-style butcher shop selling the best meats, cheeses, and hand-crafted charcuterie and deli products.

The experience embraces technology, instead of asking you to leave it at the door. The chatter and excitement build an experience and memories leaving the patron to want more and looking for a time to return. On the way out there are more great gifts, memorabilia, and unique BBQ, cocktail, or butcher supplies you are welcome to purchase to elevate your game at home. Grab some ribs, a few pounds of hamburger, and a growler of your favorite beer, don’t forget to tell your friends at your BBQ where you got it from.

Our meats are smoked in our Ole Hickory Pit Smoker and everything in between is made in our scratch kitchen. Our rubs and sauces are all our own recipe.
